From IREM: Transformative Real Estate Development: New Uses for Old Places

A panel of owners, developers, real estate managers, tenants and elected officials will showcase and discuss their leadership in helping redefine real estate uses in Cleveland.  Hosted at the Ariel International Center, an historic 68,000 square foot building, overlooking Lake Erie, Burke Lakefront Airport and the Cleveland skyline, the Center is the perfect example of transformative real estate development.  The Center is an innovate and spectacular re-creation of space and will serve as the backdrop for this education program.  Member pricing for IREM, BOMA, CABOR, CoreNet Global, CREW, IFMA, NAIOP & ULI members.
