Maple Heights Council Considering Escrow Waiver

Maple Heights City Council is considering an ordinance that would waive the City’s escrow requirement associated with its Point of Sale Inspection policy.

The legislation will go through the standard review process of three council meeting readings. If approved, the escrow waiver will take effect later this summer and last for 6 months.
