Community: City of South Euclid, Ohio
First elected: November 2003. Elected South Euclid’s first female mayor. Elected to City Council in 1991.
Favorite thing about South Euclid: The people. South Euclid residents are caring and wonderful neighbors and make this a special place to call home.
What should REALTORS® know about South Euclid: We’re close to everything. Our population is getting younger! We have a diverse and beautiful housing stock with homes to fit any budget. From hiking the gorgeous Euclid Creek Reservation, to taking in a Notre Dame Falcon’s football game or a play at Mercury Theater Company, there’s so much to see and do right in our backyard. There has been $150 million invested in our commercial districts and in our housing stock since 2010. Housing values are up over 56% in six years. Fun fact about you or your community: South Euclid is home to a surprising number of writers and artists, and our new public library features the William N. Skirball Writers’ Center with many writer’s workshops and meet the author events. We are becoming a creative hub on the Eastside.
