Introducing: CURT SCHNEIDER…
Mr. Schneider has over 15 years of Financial, Commercial and Industrial experience; providing clients with full service solutions has become the focus of Curt’s daily activities.
As a Licensed Real Estate Auctioneer, Curt has become a valuable member of the Chartwell Group in the Accelerated Marketing Division. Most recent projects have involved the court-appointment of receivership to preserve, maintain and ultimately sell a variety of the real estate assets.
Mr. Schneider earned his B.S. in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Design. He understands a facility’s requirements from design to daily operations and financial efficiencies. He has received a number of awards and achievements in his career and most notably the 2008 Colorado Xcel Energy Efficiency Award for the largest energy reduction with an energy management system (EMS).
Success has come from entering projects with determination, documentation of details and persevering through each step in the process. Analyzing Real Estate from design, location, construction and current operating conditions has proven to maximize market values.

RPAC Auction Registration
RPAC contributions are not deductible for income tax purposes. Contributions to RPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes. The amount suggested is merely a guideline and you may contribute more or less than the suggested amount. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal and the National Association of REALTORS® or any of its state associations or local boards will not favor or disfavor any member because of the amount contributed. 70% of each contribution is used by your state PAC to support state and local political candidates. Until your state PAC reaches its RPAC goal 30% is sent to National RPAC to support federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 2 U.S.C. 441a; after the state PAC reaches its RPAC goal it may elect to retain your entire contribution for use in supporting state and local candidates.
