NEW LICENSEES

The Ohio Division of Real Estate is still accepting and processing License Exam Applications (Ohio Real Estate Salesperson Application). Licensee candidates may mail in the form, $81 fee, and pre-licensure course certificates.  Due to the current health crisis, the Division is prioritizing renewals and transfer applications but are still processing new applications as they are able.  Ohio’s testing vendor, PSI, has currently closed all locations.  Once the application has been processed, candidates should receive an email from PSI to schedule the exam for a time when centers have reopened.  The Division asks that applicants submit their background checks as soon possible after the health crisis has passed.

Hondros College is open, so business doesn’t have to slow down.  New agent prospects can attend live stream courses today.  During this time, students also have access to continue reviewing with online courses.  Instructor office hours for Q&A are expanded and our customer service support team is always available.  Candidates will be exam ready as soon as PSI starts offering the exam.

Your new agent prospects receive an extra benefit to start their new career, by registering for their courses before April 30.  They will use the code 200OFF at checkout.  For more information and to get started go to  REGISTER AT HONDROS or call 888.HONDROS (466-3767)

EXISTING LICENSEES RENEWALS & CE DEADLINES

Ohio HB 197 extends real estate license renewals due on or after March 9th to 90 days after the date Governor DeWine’s Stay at Home Order expires or December 1st whichever comes first.  This extension applies to license renewals and continuing education deadlines.  The extension also applies to reactivations of licenses due to failure to renew or complete CE requirements.  Normally, licensees have one year to complete educational requirements once suspended. Deadlines for completion have also been extended to 90 days after the Stay at Home order is lifted or December 1st whichever comes first.

Hondros College online real estate continuing education courses are a fast and convenient way to meet all your real estate CE requirements. You can take these online real estate classes from your home or office, 24 hours a day. Fulfill your real estate continuing education course requirement on your terms.  HONDROS Online CE Special
