This is an excellent opportunity to see what is new in Akron so that you are better able to assist your buyers and sellers.

This class has two parts. Lunch is included with registration to the Land Bank 101 Session.

Land Bank 101 – One hour session on programs offered by Summit County Land Bank, presented by Patrick Bravo, Executive Director

    • Blighted properties bring down the values of surrounding properties and threaten the stability of neighborhoods.  Land Banks are important to municipalities because Land Banks can serve as a vital tool to help stabilize neighborhoods and property values.  Land bank are able to find solutions to return these properties to productive use through revitalization and redevelopment efforts returning these neighborhoods to thriving communities.  Light lunch will be served at 11:30, class to begin at noon. This is a Can’t-Miss class.
