Participants will explore and evaluate their personal values and beliefs. Students will contrast ethical “types” and identify key “reasoning” questions to apply to their behaviors. Additionally, they will recognize key, selected excerpts from both the Canons and the Code of Ethics. There will be discussion and interpretation of how real estate licensees should behave when practicing real estate in the field. Disciplinary procedures from the Ohio Division of Real Estate and the Associations will also be reviewed. Course approved for 3 hours real estate Canons of Ethics credit.
