Do you have a Broker or Management Level license? If so, this course meets the requirements of HB 532, which requires all Ohio Brokers and Management Level licensees to complete an additional 'special' 3 hours of education. HB 532 recognizes that those persons involved in the operation and management of a brokerage should take special training to assure that they are knowledgeable about license law obligations as well as other issues involved in running a successful real estate business.
All Brokers and Management Level licensees -- even those over 70 -- are required to complete this special training every 3 years.
