 is next-level learning experience for real estate professionals.   Consumers in the Millennials, Generation X, Baby Boomers, and the Silent Generation all have different characteristics, expectations, and unique considerations.   We already know that no two home buyers or sellers are the same but your buyer and seller clients share some common tendencies based on their life stages and generational groupings.  An awareness of generational tendencies can help you adapt your communication, marketing and face-to-face interactions to provide the services that buyer and seller clients value. 

You will learn characteristics that have shaped your potential clients and the important impact cultural and formative events have on people.  Learning how to understand real estate consumers in these generational groups is invaluable as you seek to assist these real estate buyers and sellers meet their housing needs.
