Homeownership & Minorities

Homeownership & Minorities will focus on the advantages of homeownership for all consumers as well as explore the disparity of homeownership among minorities.  Barriers to homeownership will be explored.  Attendees will learn about financial assistance programs that are available, housing counseling and a review of how today's student debt affects all potential home buyers.  Presentation on the cultural forecast and shifting demographics and the concept of inclusion will also be discussed.  Attendees will also learn how to develop their real estate business around diversity and strategies to attract multi cultural buyer and seller clients.  3 hours civil rights credit requested.  Instructor Lydia Kirkland Pope.
