Have you ever wondered about Land Banks?  Join us at the Nauti Vine to learn about the Summit County Land Bank.  Land Banks play an integral role in community reinvestment, economic development efforts and improving the quality of life for neighborhood residents.  Land Banks work to reduce blight, stabilize property values and return property to productive use. 

This class will teach you about the history of the Summit County Land Bank and how the Land Bank reutilizes land.  Important things you will learn include how land banks are funded, how land banks acquire property and who may purchase a land bank property. 

Patrick Bravo, Executive Director of the Summit County Land Bank, will lead us through this course.
