Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) via Zoom Meeting (online)

This three-day course is the first step toward becoming an ABR designee.  The ABR designation is for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buyer process.  It will teach you methods, tools and techniques to provide the support and services buyers want and teach you how to increase your revenue and referrals and reduce your risk.  You will learn how to convey your value to the buyer-client; learn how to conduct seamless, productive buyer counseling sessions; guide a buyer-client through the search/showing/selection process; negotiate buyer-clients' offers; bring the transaction to a successful close and provide exceptional service.  With specialized education and exclusive member benefits, ABR designees are equipped to guide home buyers through every stage of the home buying process.
