As a broker or manager, it is more crucial than ever that you understand the duties in overseeing your brokerage activities. From trust account requirements to oversight of agents and teams, the license law now lays out 14 different areas of responsibility.

This 3-hour livestream webinar will make sure that you have the information you need to stay on the right side of the Division of Real Estate.

This course is certified for the required 3 hours of broker/manager credit. Attendees must share their video during the program in order to receive CE, as active participation will be monitored. Your confirmation will contain instructions on joining the Zoom webinar.

IMPORTANT: This course will meet the continuing education requirement for a separate course on broker responsibility required for principal brokers, managers and associate brokers for CE due after April 6, 2020. It should be noted that this 3-hour course must be included in a licensee's 30-hour CE requirement - not in addition. *Brokers over the age of 70 will now have four core classes (12 total hours to submit instead of nine hours.)
