The real estate community has a long tradition of giving back to others in need.

Our mission is to support our community through financial donations to housing-related charities.  We are committed to the welfare and prosperity of the communities where we live and work.  Through our charitable contributions and member involvement, we strive to help create more productive and enriched communities.

Today, it is a philanthropic endowment of $181 million with a growing family of more than 450 funds established by charitable people and organizations from all walks of life. The community foundation welcomes gifts of all kinds, including cash, bequests, stock, real estate, life insurance and retirement assets, just to name a few.
